Dinner at the Agave Azul
The girlfriend and I went down to Carrollton and met a couple of her friends at the Agave Azul, a nice little Tex-Mex restaurant tucked into the little downtown shopping district. The service was good and the food tasted and smelled quite delicious. I had the Jalisco platter, which was a cheese enchilada, a pork tamale, and a beef taco, along with rice and beans. Everyone else had fajitas, since it was fajita Tuesday, with a $9.99 price tag on that particular dish. She seemed pretty satisfied with hers, too, and David, one of the friends we were with, cleared his plate out in record time. So I gather his beef fajita was pretty good, too...
